Shipping.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days with USPS following a 3-5 business day turnaround time for delivery.

There is a flat shipping rate of $4.99 on all orders unless a promotional code is applied.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number to the email address provided once your order is placed and shipped.

Please note: Due to impacts by shipping providers, you may experience shipping delays beyond our control. In the event of a shipping interruption, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

If you have not received your order within 21 days of your order being placed, please contact us with your order number for resolution.

Refunds.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used products. If there is a problem with your order (ie: damaged), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for review and resolution.
